Our Story
JacoTools produces high-speed steel cutting tools for metalworking, woodworking, construction, and industrial maintenance. We operate our own steel smelting facility producing M1, M2, M35, and M42 grade HSS raw materials, and run fully integrated drill bit production lines from raw steel to finished, coated tools.

From Raw Material to Finished Product
Consultation
Tell us what you need — drill type, HSS grade, coating, quantity. Our engineers will recommend the right product or develop a custom specification.
Steel Production
Raw HSS material is smelted and formed in our own steel facility — M1, M2, M35, or M42 grade — ensuring consistent composition from the start.
CNC Grinding & Coating
Drill bits are precision-ground on our 5 CNC lines, then coated (TiN, TiAlN, black oxide, or bright finish) and inspected by our 30-person QC team.
Packaging & Shipping
Professional export packaging with full documentation. Warehouses in China and the US for faster delivery to your door.
